Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Saleh
Firstly, I would like to thank the political leadership for its precious confidence in approving the establishment of El Saleheya El Gadida University, which is a private, non-profit university, where we seek to provide a unique model of its kind to raise the level of education and scientific research, and provide scientific specializations to prepare specialists, technicians and experts in various fields, in a way that achieves the connection between its goals. and the needs of developed society.
Since the first day of the university’s founding, we have set our sights on building the student’s personality, providing him with knowledge and skills, strengthening his experiences, unleashing his abilities and energies, and enhancing his spirit of research, leadership, and creativity.
The university also seeks to apply the latest scientific methods to provide an educational service that takes into account quality requirements, at reasonable prices, and meets the needs of the labor market in order to provide it with highly skilled graduates who are proficient in dealing with contemporary technology and qualified with the latest advances in science in various fields of specialization.
In the end, I would like to express my happiness and thanks to my fellow members of the esteemed Board of Trustees. I am honored to be Chairman of the Board of Trustees of this great edifice. I am also pleased to extend to my fellow colleagues, faculty members at the university and their assistants, my best wishes for success and success in contributing to achieving the university’s goal and objectives to raise the educational level and contribute to strengthening Our beloved homeland, Egypt.

History
The New Saleheya University was established by Republican Decree No. 656 of 2020, in accordance with the state’s directives to support and develop scientific research in the Arab Republic of Egypt, keep pace with education development policies, and meet the needs of society in Sharkia Governorate and neighboring governorates.

Legal and Institutional Framework
New Salhia University was established in New Salhia City pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 656 of 2020, which granted the university an independent legal personality. The university operates as a non-profit academic institution.
The university operates under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and fully complies with all regulations and resolutions issued by the Supreme Council of Private and National Universities. Its graduates are subject to the same academic and regulatory frameworks applied to all officially recognized private and national universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
