As part of its leading community role and its continued commitment to developing students’ personalities and enhancing their leadership skills, preparing them to become future leaders and agents of change, El Saleheya El Gadida University participated prominently in the activities of the Foundational Youth Leadership Training Program.
The program was organized by the Youth Development Center in El Saleheya El Gadida City under the supervision of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Sharqia and the Youth and Sports Administration in El-Husseiniya, with the participation of the University’s General Administration for Youth Welfare, led by Mr. Mamdouh Osman.
The University’s participation came in response to the kind invitation extended by the Youth Development Center to Prof. Dr. Assem El-Shazly, President of El Saleheya El Gadida University, who places great emphasis on engaging students in leadership and community activities that contribute to developing promising and well-qualified student leaders.
El Saleheya El Gadida University was represented in the program by 20 outstanding male and female students selected from among the University’s distinguished students. They participated in an intensive training program covering three key strategic areas:
- Effective Communication and Teamwork Skills
- Community Initiative Management and Decision-Making
- Planning and Solving Community Problems
This distinguished participation highlights the strong strategic partnership and fruitful cooperation between El Saleheya El Gadida University and civil society and youth institutions, contributing to sustainable development and youth empowerment in El Saleheya El Gadida City.
