Under the generous patronage of Professor Dr. Mohamed Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Alaa El-Din Khalifa, Vice Chairman of the Board, along with the close follow-up of Professor Dr. Assem El-Shazly, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Khamis, Vice President of the University, and within the framework of implementing the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic to enhance national awareness and strengthen the spirit of belonging among Egyptian youth, El Saleheya El Gadida University participated in the activities of the “Fourth Forum of the Coexistence Program between Police Academy Cadets and Egyptian University Students,” organized by the Ministry of Interior at the Academy headquarters.
The university students’ delegation was accompanied during the forum activities by Mr. Hakim Ahmed Ibrahim from the University Youth Welfare Department, who provided the necessary support and coordination for the students. The program aimed to introduce the delegation of El Saleheya El Gadida University students to the mechanisms of preparing and qualifying Police Academy cadets physically, academically, and culturally, as well as to familiarize them with the latest advanced training programs designed to refine skills and efficiently address security and societal challenges. The forum included field training demonstrations, educational meetings with Academy leaders, inspection visits to modern security operation systems, and joint activities to promote the values of discipline and teamwork between university students and Police Academy cadets.
In a related context, Professor Dr. Assem El-Shazly, President of the University, stated that this participation embodies the university’s strategy aimed at shaping a well-rounded student personality that combines academic excellence with deep-rooted national awareness. He emphasized that the coexistence experience with the “Protectors of the Nation” at the Police Academy represents a qualitative leap in refining students’ perspectives by building bridges of communication between our youth and the country’s longstanding institutions. This enables students to closely observe the efforts exerted to protect the nation’s security and stability, ensuring the preparation of a generation of aware and responsible cadres capable of making a genuine impact on the journey of building the New Republic.
