As part of Elsaleheya Elgadida University’s vision to develop well-rounded students and enhance their leadership skills, the University’s Scouts Team participated in the Leadership Development Camp held at the Ismailia Air Scouts Association. The camp was organized by the University’s General Administration of Youth Welfare and Student Activities under the supervision of Mr. Mamdouh Othman.
This participation reflects the University’s commitment to providing a comprehensive educational environment that focuses on building students’ character, developing their leadership abilities, and fostering the values of belonging, responsibility, and teamwork. The University firmly believes that investing in human development is the cornerstone of achieving sustainable development.
The camp featured a comprehensive training program that included lectures and interactive workshops delivered by Scout Leader Saeed Khalifa, Chairman of the Ismailia Air Scouts Association. The sessions covered leadership concepts, personal skills development, and scouting methods, while also emphasizing the values of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
The program also included a variety of sports and recreational activities, such as football and padel matches, in addition to a visit to the beaches of Ismailia. These activities helped strengthen cooperation and communication among participants while enhancing their teamwork skills in a positive and motivating environment.
This participation is part of Elsaleheya Elgadida University’s ongoing strategy to support high-quality student activities, refine students’ skills, and prepare a generation of aware and capable young leaders who can take initiative and actively contribute to serving their communities. The University reaffirms its continued commitment to supporting programs and activities that foster students’ personal growth, develop their capabilities, and prepare them to represent the University with distinction at various local and international events.
