Admission & Registration Portal

  • Applications are submitted in person at the university campus (no online application currently available).
  • Visit the Admission Office at the Faculty of Pharmacy building from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Fill out the application form manually and accurately.
  • Review your data and select your major with the responsible officer.
  • Submit original documents and pay the application fees at the university treasury.
  • Original high school certificate (or equivalent) + 3 copies.
  • Recent birth certificate (issued in the same year of application) + 3 copies.
  • Original national ID card + 3 copies.
  • Six (6) passport-sized photos (4x6, white background, name printed).
  • Military forms (Form 2 & 7) for Egyptian male students (blank forms).
  • El-Saleheya El-Gadida University offers Early Admission for students wishing to join before the official coordination announcement.
  • It allows you to reserve your seat through a "Preliminary Acceptance" granting priority.
  • The acceptance automatically becomes final once the official minimum requirements are announced by the Supreme Council of Private Universities, provided you complete procedures within 48 hours.

International Students

  • The "Study in Egypt" platform provides an exceptional opportunity to join El-Saleheya El-Gadida University.
  • 1. Create an account at: study in egypt.gov.eg
  • 2. Pay the initial application fee.
  • 3. Upload required documents (certificate, passport, photo).
  • 4. Wait for preliminary acceptance via email.
  • 5. Select El-Saleheya El-Gadida University.
  • 6. Pay tuition fees within two weeks.
  • 7. Submit original documents to the university.
  • 8. Receive final acceptance and enrollment confirmation.

Faculty of Dentistry – Bachelor’s degree in Oral & Dental Medicine (5 years + internship year).
Faculty of Pharmacy – PharmD & Clinical Pharmacy programs (5 years + internship).
Faculty of Physical Therapy – Bachelor’s degree (5 years + internship).
Faculty of Computers & Information – Programs in Computer Science & AI, Information Systems & Data Science, Information Technology (4 years).
Faculty of International Business & Economics – Programs in Accounting, International Management & Marketing, International Economics & Trade, Financial Markets, Business Information Systems.

  • Original birth certificate.
