President of El Saleheya El Gadida University Oversees the Launch of First Semester Examinations and Affirms Full Commitment to Approved Regulations and Standards

Within the framework of the institutional role undertaken by El Saleheya El Gadida University, and its ongoing commitment to closely monitoring the progress of the educational and examination processes, Professor Dr. Assem El-Shazly, President of the University, conducted an inspection tour to follow up on the commencement of the first-semester examinations for the academic year 2025/2026, in order to ensure the regularity of examination committees and the availability of all requirements necessary for the success of the examination process.

The University President was accompanied during the tour by Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Khamis, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, along with the deans and vice deans of the faculties, and a number of relevant academic and administrative leaders.

The tour included visits to several examination committees across different faculties, where the University President reviewed the organizational and administrative procedures in place. He also ensured full compliance with regulations governing students’ entry into examination halls, as well as the availability of appropriate environmental conditions within the committees, including adequate lighting, ventilation, discipline, and a calm atmosphere.

Professor Dr. Assem El-Shazly emphasized that the university has taken all necessary measures to provide a disciplined and fair examination environment that guarantees equal opportunities for all students. He stressed the importance of strict adherence to the laws and regulations governing examination procedures, with no tolerance for violations. He also directed the continuous presence of faculty members inside examination halls to respond to academic inquiries and address any issues immediately.

In the same context, Professor Dr. Abdel Aziz Khamis explained that the university’s central operations room is working around the clock to monitor the progress of examinations across all faculties, in full coordination with sub-operations rooms. He noted that the first day of examinations witnessed remarkable order and discipline, with no obstacles affecting the examination process.

For their part, the faculty deans affirmed their full commitment to implementing ministerial decisions and university instructions related to the organization of examinations, stressing the enforcement of legal measures against any violations. They also emphasized adherence to the announced examination schedules and the prompt completion of marking and grading processes in accordance with approved regulations, ensuring accuracy and timely announcement of results.
