In a gesture of appreciation that reflects the cohesion of state institutions, Prof. Dr. Assem El-Shazly, President of El Saleheya El Gadida University, paid an official visit to the headquarters of El Saleheya El Gadida Police Station to extend congratulations on the occasion of the celebration of the 74th anniversary of the Egyptian Police Day.

He was accompanied during the visit by a high-level delegation that included Prof. Dr. Abdel Aziz Khamis, Vice President of the University, and Mr. Magdy Abdel Aziz, Secretary-General of the University.

The delegation was received by Colonel Massad Zaghloul, Head of El Saleheya El Gadida Police Station, along with the officers and personnel of the station.

During the meeting, the President of the University expressed his pride in the heroic national role undertaken by the brave men of the police in protecting the home front and safeguarding citizens’ security and the stability of the nation, affirming that Police Day will always remain a symbol of sacrifice and selflessness.

On this occasion, the President of the University presented the University Shield to Colonel Massad Zaghloul in appreciation of the tangible efforts exerted by El Saleheya El Gadida Police Station in maintaining security in the area and for its fruitful cooperation with the academic community. The delegation also extended their congratulations to the officers and staff of the station.

At the conclusion of the visit, Colonel Massad Zaghloul expressed his gratitude to the President of the University and the accompanying delegation, emphasizing that such visits strengthen the strong ties between the university, as a beacon of knowledge, and the police force, as a solid shield protecting the nation’s assets.
