Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Alaa El-Din Khalifa, Vice Chairman, Prof. Dr. Assem El-Shazly, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Abdelaziz Khamees, Vice President of the University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Shoraby, Dean of the Faculty of International Management and Economics, and as part of the faculty’s ambitious strategy to link academic education with real professional practice, the Faculty of International Management and Economics at El Saleheya El Gadida University has successfully concluded its distinguished “Banking Simulation” program.
This program was implemented in close collaboration with Banque Misr, El Saleheya El Gadida branch, and provided a practical financial environment that mirrors real banking operations with the aim of enhancing students’ applied experience in the financial sector.

A distinguished group of faculty members supervised the students and enriched their experience, including:
Dr. Hilal Al-Qassas from the Accounting Department, Dr. Mohamed Ghanem from the Economics Department, and Dr. Hani Siam from the Business Administration Department, along with the outstanding team of teaching assistants: Ms. Basma Mansour, Ms. Mirna Abdelmonem, Ms. Nehal Mahmoud, and Mr. Hakim Ahmed, Director of Student Affairs at the faculty.

The program aims to develop a set of essential skills and knowledge among the students, most notably: introducing them to the daily banking operations inside the bank, enhancing their practical skills in accounting, finance, and business administration, strengthening their ability to work with modern banking systems, and improving their readiness for the requirements of the financial and banking labor market.

The program also included direct field training within various bank departments, including: customer service and account opening, deposit and withdrawal procedures, credit and customer evaluation, accounting operations and reconciliations, and risk management.

El Saleheya El Gadida University and the Faculty of International Management and Economics extend their deep gratitude and appreciation to the management of Banque Misr, El Saleheya El Gadida branch, for their continuous and fruitful support of the educational process and for providing our students with a real opportunity to understand the practical banking environment.
Special thanks are also extended to the participating faculty members for their active efforts in making the program a success, as well as to the students for their commitment, enthusiasm, and outstanding participation throughout the simulation activities.
